AgentChute is in private-beta application and product-preview mode. We collect beta application information from the marketing site, and preview teams may send operational metadata from AgentLint into the AgentChute dashboard.

What we collect

What we do with it

Current service providers

During the private beta application phase, we use Railway for hosting, Resend for email delivery, GitHub for source control and deployment workflow, and GoDaddy/DNS providers for domain routing. We may add analytics, uptime monitoring, error tracking, and payment providers only when those services are configured and this policy is updated as needed.

When the product launches

AgentChute collects metadata about lint violations, AI-coding-tool activity, and team access activity from preview teams. Source code, raw secrets, full prompts, and full agent outputs are not intentionally transmitted. Event metadata may include rule IDs, severity levels, timestamps, tool names, team/access identifiers, action outcome, and file path metadata needed to explain where a rule fired. If a customer configures AgentLint or another tool to include extra context, that customer is responsible for ensuring it has the right to send that context. The full data processing addendum (DPA) will be available before any paid production tier is enabled.

Service providers

We may use service providers to operate the beta application and product preview, including email delivery, hosting, payments in test/live mode, analytics, uptime monitoring, and error tracking. These providers process data only for the services they provide to us. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep beta application information while evaluating beta access, onboarding teams, and improving the product. You can ask us to delete your application at any time. Preview product metadata is retained only as long as needed to provide the dashboard, audit trail, support, and security review workflows, unless a customer agreement says otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your beta application at any time by emailing hello@agentchute.com. Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, port, and delete your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

This is a plain-language summary. We'll publish a full, legally-reviewed policy before charging production customers.
