Personal workspaces#

Gmail, iCloud, Outlook, Yahoo, Proton, and similar addresses start as personal workspaces by default. Users can still choose a team workspace manually.

Team workspaces#

The first verified user for a company domain becomes the workspace owner. Later same-domain sign-ins become access requests that owners and admins can approve.

Roles#

• 01Owner: can manage workspace, policy, keys, invites, admins, members, and ownership transfer.
• 02Admin: can approve regular members and manage day-to-day team setup where allowed.
• 03Member: can use AgentChute but cannot change policy, keys, or other members.
• 04Pending: waiting for approval.

Public-domain teammates#

For public email domains, membership should be explicit invite-based. The owner or admin invites the email address, the user confirms the magic link, and the workspace records the membership.
